Environmental Policy
RWB Oil & Gas is committed to protecting the environment and will conduct all operations in a responsible manner. RWB Oil & Gas is dedicated to improving our operations to minimize any environmental issues and the prevention of pollution.
Objectives
RWB Oil & Gas’s objectives in regard to this policy are:
To enforce environmental awareness and responsibility of all employees
To promote conservation and the use of environmental products
To minimize waste
Ensure employees meet and follow local regulations
To maintain procedures and methods which reduce the risk of accidental spills, emissions, and discharges
To continuously monitor improvement opportunities
It is recognized that the environment is an important part of our future and everyone within the Company must be proactive and conduct all activities with the protection of the environment as a priority.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy
It is RWB Oil & Gas’s policy to provide a safe workplace for all employees, in regard to health, and personal injury, establishing a proactive attitude towards safety. RWB Oil & Gas believes that all work-related injuries and illnesses are preventable and a safe operation is a result of putting safety at the forefront of all operations.
Objectives
RWB Oil & Gas's objectives for obtaining this policy are:
To be an industry leader in occupational health and safety
Review each operation to ensure safety is not compromised
Unsafe acts are unacceptable
To continually monitor and improve safety measures as required
Hire competent personnel that are able to identify and eliminate hazards, control risks and prevent injury to themselves and others
Provide necessary training for all employees
Meet client requirements in occupational health and safety
Meet federal regulations
To promote a proactive approach to health and safety

The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of each owner and all employees.
